Michael McGrath began their work experience as a Summer Analyst at Merrill Lynch in 2006. Michael then returned to Merrill Lynch as an Analyst from 2007 to 2009 and later as a Senior Analyst from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, McGrath joined Crimson Investment as an Associate, later becoming a Vice President from 2013 to 2019, and finally a Director from 2019 to 2021. Michael then transitioned to become a Board Member at both Ameda, Inc. and Hygeia II Medical Group, Inc. in 2018, a role they held until 2022. Currently, McGrath serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Brilliant, a company providing end-to-end services for corporate gifting.
Michael McGrath attended Fairfield College Preparatory School from 1999 to 2003. Michael then went on to Georgetown University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a B.S.F.S. degree in International Economics and also obtained an International Business Diplomacy Honors Certificate.
