Tara Gerstman Klock

Tara Gerstman Klock has over 13 years of experience in the field of compensation and human resources. Tara began their career as a Consultant at Compensation Resources Inc. in 2003, where they worked until 2006. Tara then joined Sirius XM Radio Inc. as a Senior Manager of Compensation, a position they held for a decade. In 2016, Tara became the Compensation and Human Resources Senior Director at Brinks Home Security, where they currently work.

Tara Gerstman Klock, CEP, SHRM-CP has a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, obtained in 2002. Tara also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University at Albany, SUNY, received in 2001. In addition to their education, Tara holds professional certifications including Certified Equity Professional (CEP) obtained in 2016, Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute obtained in 2005, and SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
