Ken Pohl has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Ken started their career at Radiant Systems Inc. in 1999, where they worked in various managerial roles, including Manager of Business Systems Analysis, Senior Manager of Product Development, Senior Manager of Software Maintenance, and Director of Software Maintenance. During their time at Radiant Systems, they focused on addressing defects, reducing backlog, and managing support teams.
In 2012, Ken joined NCR Corporation as the Director of Engineering - Software Solutions. Ken led software engineering teams, generated significant revenue for the division, and significantly improved development processes by implementing design thinking and Agile methodologies. Ken also played a key role in updating the Aloha solution stack, reducing hardware costs and centralizing data for improved management and reporting.
Recently, in 2019, Ken joined Brink's Inc as the Director of Global Device Technology.
