Cynthia Rogers has a diverse range of work experience. Cynthia has worked as the Director of Public Relations/Community Engagement at Bristol Bay Area Health Corporation since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the City of Dillingham, Alaska, where they held various roles including Director of Planning & Grants Management and Acting/Interim City Manager. Cynthia also served as the Director of the University of Alaska Fairbanks, Bristol Bay Campus, where they managed personnel and communicated effectively with faculty and staff. Cynthia's experience also includes roles at Anchorage School District, University of Alaska Anchorage, University of Alaska Southeast, and Eastern Washington University, where they held positions such as Director of Compensation and Benefits, Term Assistant Professor of Business Administration, Administrative Manager, and Program Coordinator.

Cynthia Rogers has an extensive education history. Cynthia obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree and a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree from Eastern Washington University in 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Management and Human Resource Management from the same university in 1999.

Before attending Eastern Washington University, Cynthia completed an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Alaska Southeast in 1996. Cynthia'seducational journey began with Sitka High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 1991.

Additionally, Cynthia Rogers obtained a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in February 2020.
