Therese Lambert is an experienced professional in community development and marketing within the healthcare and senior living industries. Currently serving as Area Director of Community Development at Bristol Hospice since April 2021, Therese previously held key positions including Community Relations Director and Director of Sales and Marketing at Town Center Village from 2014 to April 2021. Additional experience includes working as a Hospice Consultant at Connected Home Health & Hospice for a brief period in late 2020, and serving as Marketing Director at Brighton Hospice from July 2017 to December 2020. Therese’s earlier roles include Director of Community Outreach at The Quarry Senior Living and Community Relations Director at Miramont Pointe, which spanned a decade from 2003 to 2013.

We provide hospice services to meet the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of our patients and their families/caregivers. An interdisciplinary group of professionals and volunteers develops an individualized plan of care which includes, as appropriate, the following services: nursing, physicians, home health aides, counseling, spiritual support, therapy, dietary, volunteers, durable medical equipment, supplies, and bereavement services. Bristol Hospice programs are designed to promote quality and comprehensive services to our patients, families, and communities.
