Alysha Moretti

Alysha Moretti, PhD, currently serves as Associate Director and Product Strategy Lead at Bristol Myers Squibb since July 2025. Prior to this, Alysha held various roles at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. from September 2017 to July 2025, including Program Manager for Global Women's Health Product Development, where responsibilities encompassed new product development, technical strategy, and compliance management. Alysha also served as Senior Research Chemist in both the Global Women's Health and International Oral Care divisions, overseeing product development, regulatory submissions, and cross-functional collaborations for various consumer products. Educational background includes a PhD in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Widener University.
