Joseph Discala

Joseph DiScala is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in quality systems and leadership within the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as Director of IT Cell Therapy Manufacturing Site Lead and Director of Quality IT and Data Integrity at Bristol Myers Squibb since January 2020, Joseph has previously held the role of Associate Director of IT Quality Systems at Adaptimmune from November 2018 to January 2020. Earlier positions include Senior Manager of IT Quality Systems at Par Pharmaceutical, Project Manager and Principal IT Analyst at Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, and Analyst at Endo Pharmaceuticals.
