Lakshmikant Bajpai

Lakshmikant Bajpai is an accomplished professional in the field of analytical research and development, currently serving as Director and Head of Analytical Research & Development at Bristol Myers Squibb since July 2022. Previously, Lakshmikant held multiple key positions at Syngene International Limited from March 2014 to July 2022, culminating in the role of Research Director, where management of a team of 28 scientists was a notable responsibility. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director at TCG Lifesciences Pvt Ltd., leading a team of 16 scientists to support synthetic chemistry, and as a Scientist at CV Therapeutics, focusing on bioanalytical method development.
