Lianjia Ma is a seasoned professional in analytical chemistry with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as CMC Analytical Team Lead and Associate Scientific Director at Bristol Myers Squibb since November 2019, Lianjia Ma leads analytical teams focused on the development of Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC) and ensures the identification of critical quality attributes (CQA) and analytical methods across various development phases. Prior roles include CMC Analytical Team Lead and Senior Principal Scientist, as well as Principal Scientist at Celgene, where work centered on drug substance and drug product development for accelerated NDA filings. Lianjia Ma's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Minnesota, an MS in Analytical Chemistry from Iowa State University, and a B.S. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China.
