Mugdha Deo

Mugdha Deo is an accomplished clinical scientist with extensive experience in oncology and clinical development. Currently serving as Associate Director at Bristol Myers Squibb since September 2022, Mugdha leads the clinical development of late-stage studies. Prior experience includes a tenure as Sr Clinical Scientist at Immunocore, where responsibilities involved leading clinical trials for TCR bi-specific molecules, and serving as Clinical Scientist/Liaison at ExecuPharm (Merck), focusing on global clinical trials for KEYTRUDA®. Mugdha also held roles as Global Lead Project Manager and Global Associate Project Manager at Covance, overseeing early-phase oncology studies. Early career experience includes a Clinical Trial Leader position at University Hospital Saint-Luc, focusing on building relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders in Europe. Mugdha holds a Ph.D. in Medical Genetics from The University of British Columbia and an M.Sc. in Health Sciences from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
