Sneha Bardhan

Sneha Bardhan currently serves in the Total Rewards (Work Life Team) within the HR Leadership Development Program at Bristol Myers Squibb since August 2022. Previously, Sneha completed an internship in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program, focusing on Diversity & Inclusion initiatives at Bristol Myers Squibb in the summer of 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources Coordinator at Erickson Living, where Sneha supported various HR functions, and a student internship at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset, collaborating with the Executive Team on financial analyses. Additionally, Sneha worked as a Math and Reading Comprehension Tutor at Kumon North America, Inc. Sneha holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management with a concentration in Analytics and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration/Business Administration, both from Rutgers University.
