William Reese

William (Bill) Reese is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in state and local tax matters. Currently serving as Associate Director of State and Local Tax at Bristol Myers Squibb since April 2022, Reese has held various roles in the field since beginning his career as a Tax Specialist at Bell Atlantic Corporation in 1988. With a background that includes leadership positions such as Director of Tax at Conduent, Inc., and Senior Tax Manager at Tyco International Ltd., Reese has demonstrated expertise in managing complex tax issues across multiple industries. Reese is also a Certified Public Accountant and has earned a Master of Science in Taxation from Drexel University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Business Administration, and Economics from Rutgers University - Camden.
