Justin Gage

Justin Gage has extensive experience in health and safety roles across various sectors, currently serving as the H&S Business Partner at Bristol Water plc since November 2019. Prior to this, Justin worked at Kier Utility Services as a SHE Advisor, overseeing safety for Bristol Water Network Metering & Western Power Distribution contracts. Experience with Aspire Defence Services Limited as a CDM/HSE Advisor involved ensuring compliance with CDM'15 for services provided to the British Army. Previous roles include Health and Safety Advisor at Bristol Water, where support was provided to 450 personnel, and diverse positions at Hydrock, including Health and Safety Advisor/Trainer and Site Agent. Earlier career experiences include sales roles at Recognition Records and T.K.C. Justin holds a foundational education from St Laurence from 1985 to 1992.
