Danielle Francis

Danielle Francis has extensive experience in executive support roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Chief Experience Officer at Brit Insurance since January 2023, Danielle contributes to a leading global specialty insurer focused on complex risk underwriting. Previously, Danielle held the position of Executive Assistant to Simon Michaels, Chairman of EMEA & APAC at Ankura from August 2019 to December 2022, where the focus was on mitigating risks and achieving business results for clients. Danielle's career also includes a decade at the Financial Conduct Authority, serving in progressively responsible roles, including Executive Personal Assistant to the Chair, where Danielle supported regulatory efforts to ensure market integrity and consumer protection. Earlier positions at Barclays Capital, UBA Capital (Europe) Ltd, and MoneyPlus Mortgage Brokers demonstrate a strong foundation in administrative functions and organizational management.
