Neil Allen

Neil Allen currently serves as the Head of ESG and Head of Lean and Process Management at Brit Insurance since April 2019. Prior to this, Neil owned and directed Yellow Otter Ltd from November 2015 to April 2019, providing consulting services in Lean, Operational Excellence, and Process Improvement. Experience also includes a role as Senior Consultant at Unipart from December 2008 to July 2015, where Neil managed multi-site Lean Projects, and serving as BRE CLIP Master Engineer at BRE from June 2007 to November 2008, focusing on productivity improvements in the construction industry. Earlier roles include Production Manager at PSA Peugeot Citroën and Buyer at Prodrive. Neil holds an MBA from the University of Warwick, obtained between 2013 and 2016, and a BSc in Engineering & Business Studies from the University of Warwick, completed in 2002.
