Paul Gately

Paul Gately is an experienced data management professional with a focus on Master and Reference Data Management. Currently serving as the Master Data Management Lead at Brit Insurance since March 2022, Paul has previously held significant roles including Master Data Manager at Lloyd's, where strategic direction for Master Data Management was established. Additional experience includes serving as Data Quality Lead at one savings bank and leading Enterprise Data Management at XLCatlin post-merger. Earlier positions include Analyst Programmer roles at QBE European Operations, Limit Underwriting Ltd, and as a Trainee Analyst Programmer at R. J. Wallace - Syndicate. Paul's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in 3D Design from Northumbria University and a City & Guilds in Applications Programming from Computeach.
