A pioneer importer from China starting in 1977, Britannica remains a proven leader in the Home Furnishings industry. Deep roots in the apparel and home textiles business have supported our continuous growth, evolution, and innovation over the last four decades.
 
Britannica’s long-term partner factories are OEKO-TEX, RDS, BSCI and SEDEX certified, and participate in an additional range of RS and sustainability initiatives. The Britannica National Brand License portfolio includes proven premium brands such as UGG, Koolaburra by UGG, Pendleton, Laura Ashley, Royal Velvet, FAO Schwarz, and Thomasville. Pet lines include the Nautica and Weatherproof brands.
 
Britannica sells product across the full spectrum of the American retail marketplace. Over the years, we have been repeatedly recognized for outstanding performance and received awards including Sam’s Club Outstanding Supplier and JC Penney Outstanding Supplier awards. Current customers include Sams Club, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Kohls, Costco, The TJX Companies, and other major national and regional retailers.
 
Britannica Home Fashions is headquartered at 214 West 39th Street in the heart of Manhattan’s textile and fashion district. Our New York office houses our sales and product development teams, as well as our in-house design studio. In addition, we own, staff, and operate offices in Hong Kong, Hangzhou, New Delhi, and Bangalore.
