Mark Vigil is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and financial consulting. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at BriteCap Financial since April 2023, Mark has held key leadership roles including Vice President of Capital Markets at North Mill Equipment Finance LLC and Managing Director at Laurus Capital Advisors LLC, overseeing strategic financial consulting and debt structuring. Mark's prior positions include Managing Director roles at WaveCrest Securities LLC, Class5 Analytics, and BBVA, specializing in venture debt, analytical due diligence, and global client banking. Mark's career also features significant experience at Scotiabank and Societe Generale, focusing on TMT banking and debt restructuring. Mark holds an AB in English from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University.
