Adam Kwiecień is an accomplished professional in the aviation industry with extensive experience at British Airways since October 2019, holding key roles such as Integrated Operations- Maestro SME and Global Operations- IOC Crew Lead. Adam has demonstrated expertise in team leadership, crew coordination, compliance assurance, crisis management, and logistics oversight. Prior to British Airways, Adam worked as a Vaccinator for the NHS, contributing to vaccination efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, and held international flight attendant positions at Norwegian and Enter Air, where responsibilities included ensuring passenger safety and comfort. Adam holds a Master of Arts with Distinction in International Tourism and Aviation Management from the University of West London and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from AGH University of Krakow.
