Karl Verspyck

Karl Verspyck is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience at British Airways since September 2017. In the role of Senior Operations Manager for Terminal 3, responsibilities include overseeing customer operations and acting as an escalation point for over 450 customer experience colleagues to ensure exceptional airport journeys. Previous roles include Project Manager, where significant enhancements were made to the productivity and engagement of contact centre agents globally, and Commercial Agreements Executive, managing interline agreements across Europe. Karl has participated in a three-year rotational management graduate scheme and has led various change projects within the Global Sales Communications team. Karl holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology with Oceanography from the University of Southampton and a Certificate in Leadership and Management from Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
