Tom Gwilliam

Tom Gwilliam is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategic management and project execution. Currently, Tom serves as a Strategy & Transformation Manager at British Airways, a position held since January 2016, with prior roles including Programme & Portfolio Manager and Project Manager. Before joining British Airways, Tom worked at Renewi plc from October 2008 to December 2015, where responsibilities included Programme Manager, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and participation in the Graduate Scheme. Tom earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Exeter Business School between 2015 and 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Plymouth, attained in 2008.
