Buki Hough is currently the Senior Manager of Talent Development at BC Ferries, where they introduced an organization-wide onboarding program and collaborated to create the first onboarding checklist. Prior to this, they have held positions focusing on recruitment, diversity, and inclusion in the marine industry, such as Assistant Manager at Seaspan ULC and Vice President at the Council of Marine Carriers. Buki has also had experience in admissions and marketing roles at Western Maritime Institute and Trinity Western University. They have a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Trinity Western University.
