David Fagen is a Board Member for the Manufacturing Safety Alliance of BC and the Employers’ Forum. David currently serves as the Executive Director for Safety, Health & Environment at BC Ferries, overseeing the safety and security of employees, passengers, and the environment. With extensive experience in the US Navy, David retired as Executive and Commanding Officer. David also served in various roles within the Navy and holds a degree in Science, Computers, and Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Additionally, David has completed advanced leadership and business programs at the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business and American InterContinental University.
