Francisco Pacheco is an experienced manager with a focus on customer care and technical support operations. Currently serving as the Manager of the Customer Care Centre at BC Liquor Distribution Branch since September 2016, Francisco oversees all aspects of contact centre operations including hiring, training, and quality assurance. Previously, as Manager of Service Centre Performance and Technical Support at Avigilon, Francisco led a global team of Technical Support Specialists and collaborated on departmental goals with the Director of Customer Experience. With a solid background in operations management at various companies, including BC Liquor Distribution Branch and ES Transfer Ltd., Francisco has demonstrated expertise in team leadership, performance evaluation, and strategic goal setting. Francisco holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from DLSU - College of St. Benilde.
