Zubin Balsara is a highly experienced senior project manager and CEO with a strong background in IT and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager at the BC Liquor Distribution Branch since May 2018, Zubin successfully led the Cannabis IT cutover activities for the October 2018 Go Live. As CEO of Unicorn Technologies Inc. since February 2016, Zubin has provided professional IT services. Previous roles include Sr. Project Manager positions at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services, Canadian Pacific Railway, and BC Hydro, among others. Zubin possesses extensive expertise in Agile methodologies, having implemented large-scale Lean/Agile transformations in multiple organizations. Zubin is certified as a Scrum Master and holds a diploma in Electronics and Computer Science from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
