Dale Titcombe started their work experience in 2000 as a Data Analyst at Endeva Ltd. Dale then worked as a Reporting Analyst (Contract) at Intel Corporation from February 2004 to May 2004. From May 2004 to October 2010, Dale worked as a Software Developer at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. From October 2010 to October 2016, they served as the Head of Application Development at the same company. Since November 2016, Dale has been the Head of IT at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.

Dale Titcombe attended Swindon College from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies with a specialization in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. Prior to that, they attended Royal Wootton Bassett Comprehensive from 1989 to 1994, but no specific degree or field of study was provided. In terms of additional certifications, Dale Titcombe obtained the Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in May 2017. Dale also holds the Foundation Certificate in Agile (obtained in 2014), Foundation Certificate in Software Testing (obtained in 2007), and Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (obtained in 2006), all from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
