Kit Draper

Kit Draper is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications, currently serving as Senior Internal Communications Manager at the British Council since February 2024. Prior roles include Internal Communications Business Partner at Knight Frank, where Kit also co-chaired the LGBTQ+ Network, and Internal Communications Officer at the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, contributing to the development of strategic communication initiatives and employee engagement programs.
