Muhammad Zubair Sherwani is an experienced professional with a strong background in business process improvement and performance reporting. Currently serving as Manager Exams Investigations (Results Integrity and Appeals) and Head Of Business Improvement at British Council since August 2019, Muhammad supports operational effectiveness and the ongoing Exams Transformation Programme. Prior experience includes roles such as Performance Reporting Expert and Specialist Business Process Improvement at Mobilink from August 2010 to January 2019, where responsibilities involved performance reporting and streamlining business processes.
