Swastik Guha

Swastik Guha is an experienced Academic Manager and Teaching Coordinator at British Council since August 2021, responsible for line managing English teachers and enhancing the quality of teaching and learning. Swastik previously served as an English Language Teacher, contributing to material design and teacher development while presenting at various educational conferences. Prior roles include Teacher of English at British Council, Learning and Development Specialist at Tata Consultancy Services, and Senior Trainer at 1to1 English, among others. Swastik holds advanced qualifications in Teaching English as a Second Language, including DELTA, TYLEC, and CELTA from the University of Cambridge and Trinity College, complemented by an MBA in HR from Delhi University.
