Craig McCulloch

Craig McCulloch currently serves as a Research Assistant at Leeds Beckett University, focusing on coaching and coach learning and development since March 2023. In addition to this role, McCulloch functions as a Curriculum Developer for British Cycling and as a Pathway Coach Developer for Triathlon Scotland, both positioned since late 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Coach Developer at UK Coaching and various roles at Scottish Cycling spanning over a decade, including Coach Developer and Coach & Education Manager. McCulloch holds a Professional Doctorate in Coach Learning & Development from Leeds Beckett University, a Master’s Degree in Sports Performance Enhancement from Edinburgh Napier University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Science with Biology from Nottingham Trent University, and an HNC in Sports Coaching from North East Scotland College.
