John Skelton

John Skelton is a seasoned professional in the fields of building surveying, architectural design, and property investment, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at JSA since January 2017, John is also an ambassador for British Cycling and holds a non-executive director position at Get Cycling CIC. Previously, John was the Managing Director of MILLGARTH DEVELOPMENTS LTD until March 2023 and SKELTON CONSULTANCY LTD from 2006 to 2016, as well as a Managing Partner at Lawrence Hannah & Skelton. Early in the career, John worked as a Senior Building Surveyor at both Sanderson Townend & Gilbert and Knight Frank, following an initial role as an Architectural Technician. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University and an HND in Building Design from Bolton Institute.
