Keith Sharpe

Keith Sharpe serves as the Head of Coaching and Leadership Development for the GB Cycling Team, where the focus is on enhancing culture and performance. With a diverse background in coaching and leadership, Keith also contributes as a listening volunteer for Samaritans and acts as a coach and mentor for the Premier League. Since 2002, Keith has been involved in consultancy, assisting organizations and individuals in their development. Notably, Keith created 'Leading for Life,' a leadership program for secondary schools, and held roles such as Global Head of Learning and Character Development at Right to Dream and Director of Talent, Culture and Development at Spirit 7. Keith's educational qualifications include various certifications in performance management and a degree in Sociology, reflecting a commitment to professional growth and leadership development.
