Prior experience includes roles as Planning & Purchasing Manager at MEDC Ltd, overseeing a team in the manufacturing of warning beacons for the Oil & Gas industry, and Operations Manager at Games Workshop, where Michael managed a supply chain with purchasing expenditures exceeding £14 million. Michael's career began at Hunting Aviation Ltd, where the role of Logistics Manager involved supporting the repair, maintenance, and overhaul of aircraft fleets for both military and civil applications.
