Process Development Manager at British Gypsum

Tom Rostron is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in process development and management. Currently serving as the Process Development Manager at British Gypsum since April 2017, Tom leads a team to successfully deliver CAPEX projects, develop engineering standards, implement new products, and provide technical training across multiple sites. Additionally, Tom has held the position of Lead Process Engineer at Saint-Gobain since September 2015, where responsibilities include designing and managing industrial drying technology projects and supporting gypsum manufacturing. Tom began their career at Saint-Gobain as a Process Engineer in April 2011. Tom holds a BSc (HONS) in Genetics from the University of Leeds, obtained in 2005.
