Adam Graham is an accomplished entrepreneur and business development expert, currently serving as the Founder and Managing Director of Gray Matters since September 2018, where a focus on sustainable growth is emphasized. In addition to leading Gray Matters, Adam co-founded BD Matters in June 2020, aiming to redefine sales as a fulfilling pursuit, and is an Expert Advisor with the Design Business Association since January 2020. Adam also directs the New Business Community for the British Interactive Media Association, facilitating discussions among business development leaders. Previous roles include Interim New Business Director at Havas Group and significant positions at Kiwi Gray, Isobar, Vizeum UK, RAPP, and Upfront Business Development. Adam holds a BA in Visual Communications and Marketing from the University of Leeds.

We have longevity: We were founded in 1985 and are proud that we were the first digital industry body anywhere in the world. Our strength is our diversity: We believe in the power of community. Most of our members are agencies with a strong digital focus. However anyone in the industry can join BIMA and we have consultants, suppliers, academic institutions and others within our membership. We are also extending our offering to provide greater benefit to digital teams at brands and to tech startups.
