Amanda F. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content management and digital operations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Content Management at EPAM Systems since March 2018, Amanda provides consultancy and services to global clients. Amanda is also the Co-Chair of the Digital Day Council for BIMA and is a member of the NW Council. Past roles include Board Member of the Digital and Creative Board for the Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership, Co-organiser at The Platform, and Chair of Young Talent at BIMA, advocating for digital skills development among school-age children. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Amaze, Anker, Moneysupermarket, Applied Psychology Research, and Bell and Howell, focusing on digital operations, quality assurance, and project management. Amanda's academic background includes studies at Clarendon House Grammar School and Thanet Technical College.

Most of our members are agencies with a strong digital focus. However anyone in the industry can join BIMA and we have consultants, suppliers, academic institutions and others within our membership. We are also extending our offering to provide greater benefit to digital teams at brands and to tech startups.
