Julia Arenson

Julia Arenson is a seasoned professional in creative operations, currently serving as the Head of Creative Operations at Specsavers Creative since September 2019. In this role, Julia collaborates with senior leadership to enhance creative output and operational processes. Prior to this, Julia held the position of Head of Creative Production at VCCP from October 2010 to September 2019, where Julia established an integrated creative process and managed the creative department's day-to-day operations. Julia's earlier experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Leo Burnett, Project Manager at JWT, and Project Co-ordinator at 400 Communications. Julia holds a Leader as Coach certification from Henley Business School, a BA in English/Philosophy/Journalism from Dalhousie University, and a Diploma in Advertising Design from the International Academy of Design.
