Melodie Ash is an experienced XR Producer, currently with Juice Immersive since June 2024 and serving as Co-Founder and Creative Producer at Smoking Batteries since February 2022, focusing on creative and business development for immersive media. Ash has held roles such as Creative Producer at XR Stories and SIGN, and Senior Producer at Joi Polloi, contributing to BAFTA-winning projects. Ash is a member of the BIMA Immersive Tech Council and has a diverse background in project management and digital production at various esteemed organizations. Skills include new media, storytelling, product and business development, creative strategy, and strategic planning, underpinned by a Certified ScrumMaster qualification from Radtac.

Most of our members are agencies with a strong digital focus. However anyone in the industry can join BIMA and we have consultants, suppliers, academic institutions and others within our membership. We are also extending our offering to provide greater benefit to digital teams at brands and to tech startups.
