Phil Stuart is an accomplished Executive Creative Director at PRELOADED, a BAFTA-winning games studio, where responsibilities include creative strategy and direction for studio and client projects since June 2000. In addition to this role, Phil serves on the BIMA Immersive Council to establish best practices for digital agencies in XR and acts as an XR for Change Ambassador for Games for Change. Phil was also a member of the BAFTA Games Committee from September 2016 to December 2019 and previously held the position of Creative Director of Games at Learning Technologies Group plc, focusing on the strategic use of games in learning technologies from June 2014 to March 2018. Phil began their career as a designer at GT London and holds a BA 1st class Honours in Visual Communication from the University for the Creative Arts.

Most of our members are agencies with a strong digital focus. However anyone in the industry can join BIMA and we have consultants, suppliers, academic institutions and others within our membership. We are also extending our offering to provide greater benefit to digital teams at brands and to tech startups.
