Tom Downing is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and digital product development. Currently the Founder of Kolada Works and Co-Founder & CTO at Roster, Tom focuses on bridging Web2 and Web3 development while providing hands-on leadership in technology strategy. As Council Co-Chair for Web3 at BIMA, Tom aims to clarify Blockchain concepts for various industry stakeholders. Previously serving as Technical Director and Strategy Director at Freestyle, Tom played a crucial role in driving growth and mentoring engineering teams. Prior positions include Innovation Director at Loaf and Partner at Sauce Multimedia. Tom holds a degree from Liverpool John Moores University and attended Worcester Sixth Form College.

Most of our members are agencies with a strong digital focus. However anyone in the industry can join BIMA and we have consultants, suppliers, academic institutions and others within our membership. We are also extending our offering to provide greater benefit to digital teams at brands and to tech startups.
