Shea Taylor

As Chief Talent Officer, Shea focuses on developing and supporting a collaborative, engaged team that puts people first in keeping with the company’s cultural tenet of “great real estate matters, but great people matter even more.”

Shea has been an Executive Vice President at Brixmor Property Group since September 2022. She served as Managing Director, Human Resources and Administration for Madison Realty Capital from 2016 – 2022. Previously, she served in human resource positions with other real estate firms including SL Green Realty Corp. and JLL as well as Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
