Megan Gil

Megan Gil is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management for Multifamily at Brixton Capital since April 2024. Previously, Megan held the position of Senior Asset Manager at Tower 16 Capital Partners from January 2022 to April 2024 and worked as an Asset Manager at Community Development Partners from August 2020 to January 2022. Earlier in her career, Megan served as Community Manager at Greystar from November 2016 to June 2020 and as Community Director at FPI Management from October 2012 to November 2016. Megan's experience also includes a role as Leasing Specialist at Essex Property Trust in 2010. Academically, Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara.
