Manny Rodrigues has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Manny started their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they worked as an Area Manager from 1999 to 2003. Manny then transitioned to Johnson & Wales University, assuming the role of Director of International Relations from 2003 to 2006. Following this, Manny joined Bank of America as a Vice President, Staffing Manager for the Global Corporate Investment Bank from 2006 to 2009. Manny further held the position of Senior Director, Human Resources at Liberty Mutual from 2009 to 2014. Manny then became part of Broad River Retail d/b/a Ashley HomeStore, where they served as Senior Vice President, Human Capital from 2014 to 2018, and eventually rose to the role of Chief Operating Officer from 2018 onwards. In 2020, Manny assumed the position of Vice Chairman of the Board at Beds for Kids. Additionally, Manny became a Board Member at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Foundation in 2022.
