Mark Dutton serves as the Development Manager at Broadacres Housing Association since January 2024, focusing on the delivery of new affordable homes across Yorkshire's National Parks. With prior experience at CMD Housing Solutions, Mark consulted on regeneration and development projects. As Assistant Director for Placemaking & Regeneration at believe housing, Mark oversaw placemaking initiatives and property assets. In previous roles, Mark led development and regeneration efforts at South Lakes Housing, Thirteen Group, Vela Group, Housing Hartlepool, and worked as a Housing & Regeneration Coordinator at Hartlepool Borough Council. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Policy from the University of Nottingham and a Postgraduate Diploma in Housing Policy, Development & Management from the University of Westminster.

Our range of services include our own property maintenance team, extra care schemes, a woman's refuge, young homelessness accommodation, services for people with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
