Rosanna James is a Chartered MCIPD professional with extensive experience in organizational and people development. Currently serving as the Head of People & Organisational Development at Broadacres Housing Association since September 2018, Rosanna is dedicated to enhancing customer experiences and contributing to the association's vision as a leading rural housing provider. Prior experience includes work as an Organisational Development Consultant at the Institute for Organisational Development, where Rosanna collaborated with diverse sectors to implement developmental strategies, and as the Talent & Organisational Development Manager at the British Heart Foundation, successfully spearheading initiatives that earned recognition in prestigious industry awards. Earlier career roles encompass positions at Sue Ryder and Choices Video, where Rosanna developed strong foundations in learning, development, and management.

Our range of services include our own property maintenance team, extra care schemes, a woman's refuge, young homelessness accommodation, services for people with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
