Carlos Cortes

Carlos Cortes is an accomplished Chief Technology Officer at BTCPower Inc., where leadership in the development and deployment of Electric Vehicle charge equipment has been a focus since 2010. With over 25 years of experience as a product development engineer and a successful history as a serial entrepreneur, Carlos has also served as Engineering Director at Flexible Manufacturing, overseeing electro-mechanical design and advanced systems development. In addition to founding BTCPower, Carlos held the position of Engineering Manager from 2001 to 2014. Carlos holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University.
