Currently serving as the Technical Operations Manager at Thomas Broadbent Centrifuges since September 2017, Wayne has previously held positions such as Customer Support Manager at Pickerings Lifts and Byworth Boilers Limited, as well as Service Manager and Frames Project Manager at Bankside Patterson Ltd. Wayne's earlier career includes significant roles in operations management and service coordination, spanning back to a technical foundation established during service in the Royal Navy as a Petty Officer Air Engineering Artificer (Electrical). Wayne holds a BTEC National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Air Engineering College and a comprehensive educational background from Gloucester School Hohne.
