Kristen L. Tang

Kristen L. Tang is a highly experienced UX/UI designer currently serving as the Lead (Staff) UX/UI Designer at Broadcom Inc. since July 2021, focusing on the Artificial Intelligence and Automation Operations business unit and leading the Design System. Prior to this role, Kristen held various positions, including Senior Product Designer at Sunrun, where responsibilities included leading consumer-facing web experiences and digital marketing strategies. Previous experiences encompass a broad range of design and consultancy roles, including a significant tenure at Blackhawk Network, where Kristen contributed to innovative UX and marketing solutions for major clients such as Amazon and Visa. Kristen's diverse background also includes founding Trumaker, holding the role of Knitwear Designer at BCBG Max Azria, and serving as Design & Publications Coordinator at the Academy of Art University. Kristen's educational credentials feature a Master of Fine Arts in Design from the Academy of Art University and a Bachelor of Science in Honors Textile Science from the University of California, Davis.
