Kirk Wilson has been a leading investment banker to financial services companies for the last 30 years and has completed over $200 billion in financing and M&A transactions. He joined Broadhaven from Greenhill, where he provided strategic and financial advice to companies in the financial services sector. Previously, Mr. Wilson was the Vice Chairman of Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division, where he was a senior member of the Financial Institutions Group and headed the Global Commercial and US Bank Groups. He has deep transactional experience in banking, financial technology, asset management, specialty finance and capital markets. Mr. Wilson holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
