Cheryl Reich

Cheryl Reich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and educational leadership. Currently serving as the Co-Chair of the DPNA Metrics and Insights Committee at Nicsa, Cheryl has held the position of Vice President of Talent Management & Organizational Development at Broadridge since January 2014, where responsibilities include supporting Investor Communication Solutions businesses. Cheryl also contributes to the community as Chair of the Program Committee and Secretary for Children of Bellevue, focusing on children's health and wellness initiatives. Previously, Cheryl was an Adjunct Associate Professor at the City University of New York, providing mentorship to ACE Scholars, and held various roles in organizational development at Citi, MetLife, and Chase Manhattan Bank, emphasizing skills development, training, and diversity initiatives. Cheryl's educational background includes a BA in English from St. Joseph's University and a Human Resources Diploma from New York University.
